We want you to love your Silvpop jewellery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
Returns can be requested within 3 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition and with all packaging intact.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings may not be eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
