Orders
Browse our collection, select the item you love, choose your size if applicable, and click Add to Cart. When ready, go to your cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and complete payment. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately.
Yes! You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it as long as it has not been dispatched. Contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with your order number. Once dispatched, our standard return policy applies.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also log into your account and go to My Orders to view the latest tracking status.
Yes, a detailed invoice including the order summary and GST breakdown is automatically emailed to you after your order is confirmed. You can also download it from your account under My Orders.

We accept all major payment methods including:

Absolutely. All transactions on SilvPop are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We use 256-bit SSL encryption and never store your complete card details on our servers. Your payment information is fully secure.
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. We accept all major digital payment methods for a seamless and secure checkout experience. If you need assistance with payment, please contact our support team.
Products
Our jewellery is crafted from 925 sterling silver with various finishes including rhodium plating, gold vermeil (18K gold plating), and rose gold plating. Specific material details are listed on each product page.

- Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising
- Avoid exposure to perfumes, lotions, and cleaning chemicals
- Clean gently with a soft cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners
- Keep away from humidity and direct sunlight when storing
Yes! We offer custom engraving on select pieces. Look for the Customise option on eligible product pages. Please note that customised items cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom orders may take an additional 3–5 business days to process.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Customised, engraved pieces and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable unless defective. Please see our full Refund & Returns Policy for details.
Email us at our support address within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable. We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions within 48 hours.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. UPI/net banking refunds typically reflect within 24–48 hours; card refunds may take 3–5 additional business days.
Shipping
Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days across India. Express delivery (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for select pin codes. Remote areas may take up to 10 business days.
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.
Currently, we ship within India only. We are working on international shipping and hope to offer it soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand.
